We’ve tried to watch all of them all the way through but time hasn’t allowed us to do all we wanted to. Therefore if you see anything in any of these videos that does not support our goals, please let us know. 

One of these goals is encouraging everyone to embrace a whole food plant based (WFPB) diet as close as possible as evidence has shown that this is the only path to wellness and (hopefully) freedom or relief from chronic disease and ailments.

Our belief in searching out the “Truth” is that it lies in this direction and is a path we need to follow to increase our quality of life.
