Affiliate Disclosure

In 2015, the Federal Trade Commission released its new rules for Disclosure ComplianceThese rules are set in place to ensure that readers or viewers of web media (blogs, Youtube videos, etc.) know if the blogger/presenter is sponsored, endorsed, or partnered with a different company. In blog terms, the readers need to know if the blogger is making money by sharing a link or product.

In compliance with the FTC guidelines, please assume the following about links and posts on this site: Most all of the links for books or products on the chinesehealinginformationexchange.org website are affiliate links of which I receive a small compensation from sales of certain items.

What are affiliate links?

Purchases are made on external affiliate company websites: When a reader clicks on an affiliate link located on .com to purchase an item, the reader buys the item from the seller directly (not from chinesehealinginformationexchange.org).  Companies pay chinesehealinginformationexchange.org a small commission or other compensation for promoting their website or products through their affiliate program.

Affiliate Disclosure

I use two main types of affiliate programs:

1. Amazon affiliate links.

Run the Affiliates is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.

“When you buy something from this website, I may receive an affiliate commission.

These are my opinions and are not representative of the companies that create these products.

My reviews are based on my personal own experience and research.

I never recommend poor quality products or create false reviews to make sales.

It is my intention to explain products so you can make an informed decision on which ones suit your needs best.”

2. Product affiliate links.

These affiliate links work the same way: if you click the link and buy the product, then the blogger gets a percentage of the sale or some other type of compensation. Things like e-book bundles, e-courses, and online packages are usually affiliate links, as well.  These links are not “pay per click”, unless otherwise denoted. If you click on one of the product links, I’ll receive a small commission at no extra cost to you. This helps support this website and our YouTube channel. Thank you for your support! We may receive commissions when you click our links and make purchases. However, this has no effect on our reviews or comparisons.

What about sponsored content?

I do not write sponsored posts. I want to bring you real, unbiased information. However, if a post is sponsored by a company and it is a paid sponsorship, I will disclose this clearly at the beginning of the post.

Website Disclaimers

Here’s one of my favorite book disclaimers by Kevin Trudeau author of “Natural Cures.” As we concur with Mr. Trudeau, it is hereby incorporate herein below as applicable to this website.

Disclaimer
It is unbelievable to me, in this day and age, that the world has come to this. It pains me that I must write a disclaimer at the beginning of this book. Imagine, a person who is supposed to be allowed to express his opinions under the banner of “free speech” must still put a disclaimer as a preface to his words, thoughts, and opinions. Heaven forbid someone reads these words and claims to be adversely affected by them, thus ensuring a barrage of lawsuits filed under the guise of protecting the unknowing victims who were stupid enough to read this and believe it! In reality, these lawyers are squashing the rights of people, like myself, from freely expressing their ideas. So with a figurative gun to my head I write these words:

Before you read this book you had better check with your medical doctor, your friends, your politicians, your priest, your rabbi, your psychic, and anyone you feel is smarter than you, and see if you can get permission to read what I have to say.

You must know that everything I say in this book is simply my opinion and that there are many people who violently disagree with my conclusions. If you do anything I recommend without the supervision of a licensed medical doctor, you do so at your own risk. The publisher and the author, the distributors and bookstores, present this information for educational purposes only. I am not making an attempt to prescribe any medical treatment, since under the laws of
the United States only a licensed medical doctor (an MD) can do so. How sad!

So this book is only my opinions, my thoughts, and my conclusions. Again, it is for educational purposes only, and you and only you are responsible if you choose to do anything based on what you read.
